1. Business loan

• संस्थाको शेयर सदस्य भएको कम्तिमा ६ महिना पुग्नुपर्ने ।
• नेपाल सरकारबाट मान्यता प्राप्त निकायबाट प्रमाणित प्राविधिक तथा व्यवसायिक सिप हासिल गरेको हुनुपर्ने ।
• अधिकतम रु ३,००,००० ।– सम्म ऋण पाइने ।
• ऋणको अवधि बढिमा ३ बर्षको हुने ।

2. Emergency Loan

• तुरुन्तै ऋण रकम प्राप्त गर्न सकिने ।
•  xKtf lbgमै ऋण रकम फिर्ता गरे ब्याज तिर्नु नपर्ने ।
• xKtf भन्दा बढि भएमा ब्याज लाग्ने ।
• ऋण अवधि अधिक्तम # महिनाको हुने ।

3.Foreigh employment loan

सदस्य वा निजको एका३रको परिवारको सदस्य रोजगारीको लागि विदेशमा जान (श्रम इजाजत पत्र र प्रवेशा१ा प्राप्त भएपि मात्र)को लागि दिइने ऋ०ँ हो । यस प्रकारको ऋ०ँ रोजगारीमा जाने देशको भिषा प्रकृयाको लागी लाग्ने खर्च तथा ६िक६ खर्चको आधारमा प्रदान गरिने५ ।

 4. Hire purchase loan

 In order to facilitate the members of the institute to buy materials necessary for the convenience of the members, such credit facilities are offered. Such materials remain in the ownership of the institute until the loan is paid. The member interested to avail of such credit facility has to forward quotation for the desired item and 40 to 50 percent investment should be borne by the member himself. The insurance and other costs during the institutional ownership of the item should also be borne by the creditor himself.

• मासिक रुपमा किस्ता बुझाउनुपर्ने ।
• अधिकतम भुक्तानी अवधि ! देखि # बर्षको रहने ।
• अन्तिम भुक्तानी अवधि अगावै ऋण रकम बुझाउन सकिने ।

 5. Home loan

• घरको नक्सा ,अनुमानीत लागत,स्थानिय निकायबाट घरको नक्सापास,निर्माणधिन घरको फोटो आदि पेश गर्नुपर्ने ।
• ऋण अवधि बढिमा % बर्षको रहने ।
